B&B Italia - Icons of Italy
In the setting of its Madison Avenue flagship store, B&B Italia presents an installation dedicated to three icons that have contributed to the history of Italian design: the Serie Up designed by Gaetano Pesce in 1969; the Camaleonda sofa by Mario Bellini, an original design from 1970 reissued in 2020; and the Le Bambole seating series by Mario Bellini, a 1972 design that won the Compasso d'Oro in 1979. Three timeless design icons that represent a perfect combination of creative genius, innovation, industrial know-how, and authentic Made in Italy savoir-faire and excellence.
